Board Meeting January 6, 2010

Called to order by Jim Walker at 1900 hours.

Attendance:   Jim Walker, Dan Campbell, Sebastian, Wessels, Doug Altman, Duane Burtis, and maybe others.  I did not get an official list.

Old business:  none

New business:

LDS Request:  Doug Altman will handle this.

LARCFEST:  The ARRL part of this has been handles by Sebastian.

It was decided to try and use TV screens to scroll the call signs of everyone attending Larcfest this year.  Jim and Sebastian

agreed to work on this project.

Old Duplexer:  Payment was recieved and given to Dan in the amount of $450.00

Secretary:  not present

Treasurer:   Dan reported that the club has $3900.00 on hand.

Vice President:  Sebstian reported that he has presentations for meetings lined up all the way to June, 2010

Committees:

Events:  Doug reported that the Senior Center Presentation will be done on March 4, 2010.  No other details at this time.

Membership:  Duane Burtis is our new membership chair.  Rick is going to work with Duane.  They are going to work on a new

membership list and ways to increase membership.

Publicity:  No report:  We are in need of a publicity chairman.
