Join us to learn how to build a high-power mag loop and auto-tuner.  Hopefully a number of us will be undertaking a build project and you can be one of the happy builders.  We will overview some technical options for the antenna and auto-tuner, and also the costs for the projects.  Depending on your preferences, the loop antenna can handle 10W or up to hundreds of watts.  This is a great option for club members with HOA or other location restrictions.  We will order parts for these projects in the near future, so be sure to come and express your interest in this project.

Technician License Class Starts Monday, June 4th

Our next Technician License Preparation Class begins on Monday, June 4th, at the Niwot Fire Station.  This class will be held on Mondays & Thursdays from 6:00 - 9:00 pm, and on two Saturdays from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm, and will finish in time for the June 23rd VE Exam.  To learn more and/or to register for this class, click on the Education link on the left.  This is the last class and exam that uses the current 2014-2018 test question pool, as the new test questions are being implemented as of July 1st.
