ARRL Field Day Report

 ARRL 2015 Field DayReport

2015 Field Day was a spectacular event, with 15 operators making 381 contacts.  Thanks guys for your good effort.

We had three stations on the air much of the time. All our equipment was on battery power. using the batteries from a cell phone tower.

Saturday Don, ke0ee, cooked up brats, and hamburgers for the guys.  He also provided dinner and breakfast Sunday.

 Band  Contacts
10 meters- SSB  8
 15 meters – SSB 46
 20 meters – SSB 227
 20 meters – CW 46
 40 meters – SSB 58

We had antennas up for 17 meter (not a contest band)

Paul, ac0qe, set up a PSK31 station on 17 meters and taught a class on setup and operation.

We also had 6 different antennas.   Guys could work non contest bands with their own rigs.
