Point Values:

• 10 points- For attending a Thursday evening net.
• 40 points- For attending a monthly meeting.
• 10 points- For being net control for a Thursday evening net.
• 20 points- For attending and helping at a club activity (field day, fox hunt, turkey trot, tour de cure, etc.)
• 50 points- For coordinating a monthly meeting activity or presentation.
• 50 points- For coordinating an existing or new club activity.
• 50 points- For referring a new paid member. ( not a renewing member)

Rules: 

1. The contest runs from May 1, 2009 to November 30 2009.  The participants with the most  points on Nov. 30 win.   
2. You do not have to be a member of LARC to participate and accumulate points now, but to receive a prize you must be a paid member by November 30. 
3. Once the contest has started, and you have not accumulated contest points as a non member, any new club member will receive 50 points per month, for up to three months that elapsed prior to establishing membership.  This will be limited to a maximum of three elapsed months totaling 150 accumulated points.
4. All participants must sign in at all activities to receive point credit.  Sign in sheets, provided at all activities, will be proof of participation.  If you are not signed in you were not there!  One exception is the Net, where check-in lists are maintained by Net Control and that list will serve as proof of participation. 
5. Prizes will be awarded at the December LARC Christmas Party.  
6. Board members point earnings are 1/2 of listed point values. 
7. Rick (kc0nzw) and Sebastian (ns0w) are ineligible due to being contest monitors.  Rick and Sebastian are to keep track of all points and post them to the web site.
8. The weekly Saturday morning LARC breakfast does not count for any points in the contest.
