Elections & Terms

Officers are elected at the annual meeting, held at the December club meeting (3rd Thursday of December). New officers take office January 1st.

πŸ“‹ Eligibility

Any LARC member in good standing (dues current) is eligible to run for office or vote. No minimum tenure required to run.

⏱️ Term Length

All positions are one-year terms. Officers may run for re-election without limit. Most board positions are filled voluntarily with no hard term limits.

2026 Meeting Schedule

LARC holds regular monthly meetings on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM in Longmont. Meetings are open to all licensed amateur radio operators and anyone interested in learning about amateur radio β€” you do not need to be a member to attend.
