Elections & Terms
📅 When
Officers are elected at the annual meeting, held at the December club meeting (3rd Thursday of December). New officers take office January 1st.
📋 Eligibility
Any LARC member in good standing (dues current) is eligible to run for office or vote. No minimum tenure required to run.
⏱️ Term Length
All positions are one-year terms. Officers may run for re-election without limit. Most board positions are filled voluntarily with no hard term limits.

Meeting Schedule & Calendar
LARC holds regular monthly meetings on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM in Longmont, and board meetings on the 1st Wednesday at 6:30 PM via Zoom. Meetings are open to all — you do not need to be a member to attend the general meeting. The calendar below updates automatically as events are added or changed.
